Master Development Poland was established in 2005 as a part of a structure of existence on the Polish market Europa Capital fund (PE) – one of the biggest funds in Europe specializing in investments on the market of commercial real estates. Master Development Poland has actively taken part in the process of real estate acquisition of the whole Europa Capital portfolio in Poland (Europa Eagle Fund Polska). The current chairman of the board of Master Development Poland, Leszek Dąbrowski, has served as a Asset Manager in Europa Eagle Fund. In 2007, Master Development Poland has started the acquisition for another English fund in the commercial real estate industry – Marcol Group. There has been implemented more than 30 acquisitions of commercial real estates for them, thanks to the special purpose vehicles (SPV).

Master Development Poland has actively taken part in the processes of gaining and the consequent managing the commercial real estates (especially the retail objects), so we can offer a wide range of services. Our services include:

While searching for the real estates for our Partners, we gained a remarkable knowledge of the commercial real estates market in Poland. We know perfectly well the topography of the commercial and office buildings. Thanks to that, we know also the market’s needs. We elaborated the excellent contacts with developers and construction companies which we verified during the implementations of the former investments. We possess a great base of renters that we are in permanent relations with and thanks to that we rent the retail areas and office buildings much quicker. Basing on the trust of our Investors, we have allocated the profits earned over the years not only for dividends, but also for investments in further projects which supported numerous Polish entrepreneurs. Since 2010, MDP has been involved in many start-up projects in such sectors as IT, telecommunications and ecology, providing financial and management support for them.
